1. The incident sends everyone who was in the temple to Locke era present day. Unknown exactly how it plays out after the "time sync" but everyone in the temple is safely transported to another time. No events are changed, and this always happened. Nothing else is known about the remaining events of the episode.
2. Following the incident in the 70's, and followed by John's manipulation of the island's unique casimir effect property in the present, the temple survivors timeline syncs up with the Ajira survivors timeline. However, there is a consequence to exploiting the islands properties. The survivors of both groups are transported into sometime in the future. The sky turns purple and the survivors walk around the island finding it strangly different and finding evidence that Dharma may have possibly survived the purge or reconstituted in the years following the Oceanic and Ajira crashes. This is not made clear but there are new Dharma stations and more barracks and the season ends with a very new looking Volkswagon van pulling up to the survivors. A very familiar face exits the vehicle and welcomes the survivors to the island. End of season. The identity of this person will b revealed as the finale gets closer.

Out of nowhere, a dozen or so people appear from the jungle and Aaron and Ji-Yeon join them and announce to all of the Losties that they are now their prisoners. Sawyer gets a look at one of the "new others" and has an odd moment of recognition, Aaron tells a woman named Clem to secure the prisoners. End of season. Last frame should be a shocked Sawyer watching his twenty something daughter put restraints on Kate. The helicopter shown in the set photos is just a camera crew chopper for one of the aerial scenes.
5. Following the incident Jack and his group are catapulted back in time again. They find themselves living in a primitive society comprised of peaceful Egyptian looking farmers and families. Richard Alpert emerges from one of the huts with his wife and kids. Locke and Iliana emerge from another tent, Iliana is carrying her and John's son in her hands. The season simply ends with Locke saying "Hello Jack". End of season.
6. Following the incident, Jack and the gang will "sync up" with 2007ish Locke and his group. The two photos of the new camp is Locke's groups camp. Off island, present day, Old Widmore and his mystery girl are flying over the Tunisian desert in a helicopter rushing to a specific coordinate in the middle of the desert. Thirty years or so in the past the incident occurs and the present day exit point in Tunisia is basically swallowed up transporting Widmore's helicopter and a few well placed "items" placed by a familiar face to the island who also makes the trip back to the island. This familiar face is *o*e **he* t*a* *la*go*'s *w* *r. ****.
7. Following the incident, Jack and the gang will "sync up" with 2007ish Locke and his ever expanding gang which includes some very interesting and jaw dropping faces. Locke gives Jack and his group an interesting ultimatum, Jack accepts, Sawyer and Kate reject the offer and Locke sends them off into the jungle to fend for themselves with the rest of the others who fail to accept John's offer. Bram sides with Sawyer and Kate and joins them on their trek. Unknown exactly how this plays out in the rest of the episode but could possibly end here.
8. Following the incident, Jack and the gang will "sync up" with 2007ish Locke and his ever expanding gang. The two photos of the new camp is Locke's groups camp, and the huge hole in the middle of the camp was dug by Locke and his group because Jacob told Locke to dig a massive pit to dump all of the "syncers" bodies in because they violated the islands rules by exploiting it's properties.
9. Widmore's secret man/woman on the Ajira flight is able to exploit one of the island's properties to communicate with 1977 Widmore. The massive amount of energy released in the incident coupled with the power of the jughead and the islands unique pocket of exotic matter will allow for an exception to Faraday's rules which allow for an alternate timeline. Middle aged Widmore is unable to make it back into the temple pre incident and he is not protected from the rules of space and time and this has caused him to age 40 years thus allowing old Charles Widmore to roam the island. Unknown what happens next.
10. Following the incident, and followed by Bram's manipulation of the island's unique casimir effect property, the Ajira survivors timeline syncs up with the temple survivors timeline. The survivors of both groups are transported into sometime in the future per Jacob's instructions to Bram. Aaron, Ji-Yeon, and Clem land on the island. Unknown exactly what happens next but Clem, Sawyer's daughter is unquestionably with Aaron and Ji-Yeon. During the incident Bram is caught between the world of the dead and the world of the living. In a moment's time, the massive amount of energy expelled during the incident flashes Bram to the beginning of time and to the end of time, he becomes Jacob and they knowledge he attains from bouncing through time leaves him with great wisdom and knowledge of the island's past, and the island's scary future.
